- "To comprehend Rudino's art, one must embark on a journey throgh the various forms and expressions of the 20th Century. Despite his youth, he is already an accomplished artist who is easily a representative of figurative art in Europe. To accept his work, it is important to understand two central elements to his artistic expression: First is the theme of the representations which in themselves determine the painting. His work achieves a harmonious unity which is likely brought out through the influence of great Venetian achievements. Rudino reaches a certain realism in his work through allowing color to reign freely in his strokes. The second is the messages within his images, which are easily pinpointed in the symbols and 'spirit' of the work. These two aspects to be in harmony, carefully balancing the impressions provided by both these elements. But the artist's exceptional ability to represent images, his unique skill and a wide knowledge of his profession are all independent of manierism."
